I'm Melania Campanaro, an illustrator, 2D animator, and background designer, born in Matera and based in Florence.

I've worked as a 2D puppet animator and background artist on animated TV series airing on Rai, Disney+ and Prime, such as Trulli Tales, Mortina, Super Happy Magic Forest, Pipo Pepa & Pop, Moi a ton age, and House Broken.

I collaborate with companies that produce illustrated fabrics, and I love leading workshops and teaching my craft to people of all ages.

My work is characterized by a constant search for whimsical, colourful and playful shapes, and for ways to blend traditional craftsmanship with digital art.
